BRANObox

Product Characteristics

BRANObox is an anticorrosion emitter which is obviously different from the previous VCI emitters in effect and efficiency. For a fast, longlasting and effective corrosion resistant performance, a specially developed "VCI-Pleat" is placed in the self shatterproof plastic box.

Except the certain anticorrosion performance, the VCI-emitter Branobox also provides a perfect solution for transportation and storage. Residues or dust particles on components, which maybe exist on VCI powders or VCI tablets,can also be excluded from BRANObox.

Also spilled granules within the packaging through defective VCI emitter or desiccant bags can be definitely excluded by the use of BRANObox.

BRANObox is provided with self-adhesive velcro, therefore it can be used flexibly and almost everywhere.

Sorts

According to different requirements, the BRANObox is available in two different versions.

BRANObox R （Containing nitrite,correspond to TRGS 615）

Protects iron, steel, chromium, tin, pure aluminum and cast iron.

BRANObox U （Without nitrite）

Protects iron,steel, zinc, chromium,copper, brass, bronze, pure aluminum and tin.

Delivery Forms

BRANObox U and BRANObox R. The size of the box is depending on the protection volume.

Requirements

The metal parts to be packaged should be clean, dry, free of corrosions and without residues during processing steps. The denser the outer package, the more durable is the protection.

Disposal

The BRANObox can be disposed with the household waste or thermally recycled in compliance with local, governmental regulations.

Operation Safety

BRANObox R and U correspond to the TRGS 615. All information on occupational safety and hazard identification can be found in the safety information.

Storage and Duration of Protection

Cool and dry, protected from the sun. In the original packaging has a shelf life of up to three years.

Metal parts that are packed with the BRANObox can be protected against corrosion for up to three years.
