Materials/Characteristics

The product is a recycled cardboard, 170g per square metre, with a vertically glued honeycomb mesh structure, resulting in a package that is highly impact resistant and can withstand extreme vertical pressure.

The product is a paper sandwich board, basically a cavity, so it has very little weight, is easy to process, easy to form and suitable for all specific requirements.

The product is a 100% dry honeycomb packaging material which does not cause condensation formation even in closed cell form and can be reused.

Type of application

This product has a wide range of applications and can be used as a bulk packaging material for any product, such as computers, household appliances, display devices and various electronic components.

This product is ideal as an intermediate layer for the stacking of non-continuous, uniformly formed goods, such as food, beverages, furniture and the mail order trade.

In addition, it is often used as a formable shielding material, as a damping material and as a protective cover.

The high strength of this product allows it to be used directly as a cargo carrier, i.e. as a pallet. It is much more advantageous than wooden pallets in terms of weight, waste removal, etc.

Delivery method

The product can be supplied in simple pallets or as formed parts, cut, stamped, milled or glued into damping materials or interlayers as required.

On request, we can also supply the type with a paper surface, in grammages of 100-700g per square metre.

Features

The light weight of this product allows for significant savings in shipping costs when used for fragile, densely packed goods.
